"The colour and contrast are excellent. If you have a graphics card with DVI, you will not be disappointed, the quality is fantastic. Setting up could not be easier, just plug and go. It came with all necessary leads, including the DVI cable plus standard monitor cable, and of course mains lead."

"Image quality is perfection and colours are spot on. I used Dead Pixel Buddy on start up and lo and behold NOT ONE dead pixel and colours come up brilliant. Another factor I must point out from these so called 'experts' who say this monitor does not live up to the likes of a BenQ or a Samsung is just not the case. This would be like comparing a Ford Fiesta (respictively) with a Ferrari Scuderia - absolutely pointless, either car will take you safely from A to B. And likewise with the monitors, the Acer 223W displays a crystal clear image, so why would you pay over twice the price for one that does exactly the same thing!? "

"What's it like. I wanted a second monitor to run dual-display on a standard MacBook. Plugged it in to the Mac, switched the monitor on, and hey presto it appeared dual diplay at full resolution within a second or two. I honestly think the setup time was less than one breathe. There wasn't a setup. It just worked. It's going to take longer to peel the 'certified for Vista label' off."

"he glossy screen is everthing I thought it could be and more. Image quality is so much better than on a matt screen - just think about the difference between a glossy and matt photograph. The finish around the screen is fantastic - I actually was expecting a cheap dull plastic finish but the glossy finish on the frame really jazzes it up."
